An MLOps course teaches how machine learning models move from development environments into reliable production systems. This course introduces the practices, workflows, tools, and technologies used to prepare, deploy, monitor, automate, and maintain machine learning models throughout their lifecycle.
Learners explore reproducible ML projects, dataset and feature management, experiment tracking, model and data versioning, dependency management, model serving APIs, containers, cloud deployment, and ML testing. The curriculum also covers CI/CD, automated deployment pipelines, batch and real-time inference, monitoring, data drift, model drift, and system observability.
Security and governance are addressed alongside automation, including infrastructure protection, access management, training data security, reproducibility, and responsible ML practices. Through structured projects, learners build end-to-end pipelines, deploy models, implement monitoring and retraining, and manage production machine learning workflows.
